My individual accompaniments are no longer available, until further notice. What I long explored through the body and through accompaniment is now taking the form of teachings, writing and programs.
The essence remains: the body, presence and vital energy — coming back into the body to better inhabit your life.

My Laboratory of the Living is taking a new form.
I am currently focusing my energy and presence on what seeks to come alive through me: new paths of transmission, creation and accompaniment that are taking shape naturally.

Your questions about this period of transition
Can I book an accompaniment right now?
No. Individual accompaniments are not offered at this time. When they were, they were a space of words and presence, in person or via Zoom. The next offerings will be announced in 2027.
Do you still offer treatments or Body-Temple sessions?
No. I no longer offer treatments, massages or individual body sessions. Body-Temple belongs to my path and experience; it may eventually become a field of teaching.
Is conscious intimacy part of your work?
It is a subject I explore and may transmit, but it is not my central offering. My territory today is Presence: coming back into the body, inhabiting your life and choosing more consciously.
What do you transmit today?
Presence, consciousness and coherence — through writing, speech, teachings, experiences, the Presence program, The Voice of the Living and future trainings.
Where should I begin?
Through the Presence program — a gentle, collective doorway whose next date will be announced — and through the writings and sharings of The Voice of the Living.
Where did the sessions take place?
Over the past two years, my sessions took place first in Quebec City, then in the Laurentians (QC J7E 1J9), near Laval and Montreal's North Shore. They are on pause until further notice.
